Dr. Steele has a lot of experience and knowledge about the brain that few other neuroscientists possess. He has a wide range of research to draw from and is very active in the field of brain health, especially as it relates to the aging of the brain. His book, Brain Health, is a good place to start. It is basically a comprehensive guide to brain health that takes the latest research on the subject and puts it into a concise format.
I’m not sure what Dr. Steele has to do with this article, but I can’t help but think he’s the kind of guy to whom I’d like to give my brain a little push to get it to the absolute peak of health, if only to see how my old brain would react.

He’s a good dude who works hard as a scientist and keeps his head clear of any of that stuff.
