It’s a good thing I don’t suffer from heart disease or diabetes but I do need to exercise to get my blood sugar stabilized and keep up with my daily workouts. That is until I realize that it is my blood sugar which is the problem. I eat a lot of sugar and that is what keeps my blood sugar elevated to the point where my kidneys can no longer filter this sugar from my blood stream.
Once you’re diabetic, you probably need to take an increase in daily exercise. You can make that a little easier by following the recommendations of this site.
