I like to think of this as a “health bar.” I like to think of this as a “health bar” because it’s the kind of bar that you can take with you at the office, at home, or while you are on the go. It has everything from vitamins and minerals to fiber and probiotics, all in a convenient, portable, and beautiful place.

And Fitbit also makes a ton of great health focused gadgets.

I use the Fitbit Surge for all my fitness tracking needs. I am a believer in continuous improvement, so I track my sleep, calories burned, and all of the other stuff that I want to track. And not only do I track it, I share it with my friends. I like how it’s a simple app that I can use on a daily basis, without feeling like I’m missing out on anything.

That’s all well and good, but I’d like to see what the health bar does to the Fitbit. It’s a great app, I use it every day. But I’d like to see if it changes my sleep. Or my workouts. Or my diet. Or my mood. Or my overall state of mind. That’s all I ask for in life. I would be willing to bet that if this app showed me more of what it does, I would be much happier.
