The UHI is a very important resource for many reasons, including providing a public health education program in both English and Spanish. They provide education to their members and the general public about good nutrition and exercise, plus they also host events for other organizations.
Most of the people that work at the UHI are all volunteers, and they have a very active social media presence on Facebook and Twitter. I guess we’re sort of their fan club.
I have my doubts about that. The UHI is funded by the U.S. government and is a private non-profit who provides medical services to the public. If that is the case, why provide a health education program for the general public? And why does it host events for other organizations as well? Because that’s how these things work.
What’s really weird about the UHI is that as an organization, they are all volunteers. They do a lot of things for the public, but in a very non-traditional way. In fact, I’ve never seen a UHI employee volunteer for an event or get excited about a new health initiative. They do things that make the most sense for them, but they are very non-traditional.

I have to admit I’m a fan of the UHI. I used the UHI for my graduate program, and it has made a tremendous difference in the lives of so many individuals. However, the UHI is a for-profit organization. They get their funding from the government, and their marketing department uses the UHI logo to sell products. To be honest, I don’t think you can get much more of a for-profit organization than a UHI.
But the UHI does offer a good deal of support, and Im sure that they would consider the UHI a good employer, so that may be a plus.
Sure there used to be a UHI but it was shut down because of fraud and corruption. Since the government, in this case the UHI, offers to pay for all of the health care for all of the people in the world, I would be surprised if they didnt consider UHI to be a good employer.
