I am just going to go ahead and throw this out there and say that I have been working in my weight loss journey for roughly 5 months now. I’m at my lowest weight ever and I’m doing pretty well considering where I’m at. I’m just going to say that I’m super happy with the progress I’ve made so far and I’m not going to change one single thing.
